Uses of all function keys of keyboard

Hello friends, Many times when we are working on our computer over various applications and we need some shortcut keys to complete the work as fast as possible. Since all shortcut keys are available on our keyboard, but either we are not aware of it or we are ignoring thinking it as useless. Similarly, many of us have ignored the uses of function keys.

Function keys are very useful on the computer which makes our work easier, So we must know where and how we can use it to make our work easy.

Function keys of keyboard
F1	To open Help menu of any application
F2	To rename any file
F2 + Ctrl(MS-word)	To open quick print Preview
F3	To open search in any windows application
F3 + Shift	To change case of the selected word
F4 (MS-word)	To repeat only last done work
F4 + Alt + Enter	To shutdown PC or  minimise any application (without Enter)
F4 + Ctrl	To close any recently opened Tab
F5	To refresh or reload
F5(MS-word)	To Open “find, replace & go to” dialog box
F5(Power Point)	To run Show slides
F6	To go to address bar of any Browser
F6(MS-word)	To bring label on each tab & by typing that key, it can be selected
F6 + Shift + Ctrl	To see each file one by one      (When 2 files in MS-word is  open together)
F7(MS-word)	To check spelling
F7 + Shift(MS-word)	To see related words of the selected word
F8	To boot while installing window
F9	To refresh in MS-word
F10	To bring label on each tab & by typing that key, it can be selected, In any application
F10	To open a menu bar in chrome
F11	To see a full-screen view of any application or while playing video
F11(MS-Excel)	To make a chart of the table
F12(MS-word/excel)	To save Files
F12 + Shift + Ctrl(MS-word)	To open quick print options

Hello friends, I am Ashish, today I am going to make you aware of the keyboard's shortcuts keys for you to make your work easier. As we know pc/computer has made our life wonderful and computers had now become the most important need of our day to day life. 

                                          

Friends, when we work for the whole day on computer/pc and tired of using the mouse in most of the work and you want to use your keyboard for most of the times, then my friend I have brought some note of shortcut keys. 1. To open the minimised tab from the taskbar	Alt + Tab
2. To close programs active on window	Alt + F4
3. To shutdown a window	Alt + F4
4. To chose SAVE AS option	F12
5. To select text while writing	Shift + Arrow(in           the direction of words)
With Window key
6. To minimise all open tabs on the screen	WIN. + D
7. To log out of the window without losing your work	WIN. + L
8. To open the pinned program of the taskbar	WIN. + No(where it is placed in  the taskbar  )
9. To open a list of options of the window menu	WIN. + X
10. To magnify your present window	WIN. + sign of addition & subtraction (-,+)
11. To open run mode	WIN. + R
12. To open different modes of projector display	WIN. + P
13. To see all opened applications on pc	WIN. + Tab.
